Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Duration: 1-Month (with possibility of extension for an additional month based on project requirements and performance)

Working Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Weekly Off: Monday

We are looking for enthusiastic, people-first Event Coordinators to help run an immersive VR experience in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

If you love interacting with people, keeping things organized in fast-paced environments, and creating memorable customer experiences, this role is for you. Think hospitality meets immersive technology.

You’ll be the face of the experience — ensuring guests have a smooth, exciting, and seamless journey from arrival to exit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Guest Experience & Crowd Management

• Welcome and assist visitors throughout their experience.
• Manage guest flow, queues, and session timings to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate visitor check-ins and help maintain booking schedules.
• Brief guests on the experience journey, safety instructions, and what to expect.
• Handle customer questions, delays, and on-ground concerns with confidence and empathy.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and premium experience for every visitor.

2. Event Coordination

• Ensure sessions run smoothly and on schedule.
• Coordinate with team members and vendors for seamless execution.
• Help maintain venue readiness and operational flow during shifts.
• Support the Event Producer with day-to-day on-ground coordination.

3. Equipment Oversight

• Assist in managing VR equipment handling between sessions.
• Ensure headsets and equipment are organized, charged, and ready for guest use.
• Coordinate with technical vendors in case of any equipment-related issues (technical troubleshooting not required).

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with large groups of people.
• Highly organized, energetic, and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus If You Have Experience In:Restaurant hosting or reservation management
• Front desk or guest relations
• Hospitality, events, entertainment, or customer-facing roles
• Booking coordination or visitor management
