Job Title: Event Quality Assurance (QA) Executive / ManagerDepartment: Quality Management System (QMS) / Operations

Job Summary:We are hiring an Event Quality Assurance (QA) Executive / Manager to ensure high-quality event execution by maintaining company SOPs, client requirements, and operational standards across the entire event lifecycle.
- Key ResponsibilitiesReview event plans, checklists, and execution readiness.
- Conduct venue inspections and monitor event quality on-site.
- Ensure branding, AV, stage setup, hospitality, and vendor deliverables meet quality standards.
- Verify compliance with SOPs, safety, and client requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, audit findings, and CAPA documentation.
- Monitor client satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
- Train teams on quality standards and best practices.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Operations, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Event Operations, QA, Event Production, Hospitality, MICE, or Brand Activations.
Experience in venue inspections, quality audits, and vendor management is preferred.
