Job Description
- Home Loan SalesIdentify and acquire new home loan customers through referrals, builders, real estate agents, and direct field visits.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly home loan disbursement targets.
- Guide customers through loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and referral partners.
- Commercial Card SalesProspect and acquire corporate clients for commercial/business card products.
- Meet business owners, finance heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Explain commercial card benefits, expense management solutions, and payment programs.
- Drive card issuance, activation, and usage targets.
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage post-sales support and relationship development.
