Key Responsibilities

• Generate new export business by identifying international buyers, importers, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.
• Handle export inquiries and convert them into successful business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
• Manage the complete export sales process from inquiry to order execution.
• Conduct market research to identify new countries, buyers, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor export documentation and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
• Maintain sales reports, customer records, and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Export Sales, International Marketing, or Business Development.
• Knowledge of spices, agri-products, FMCG, or commodity exports preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and international trade practices.
• Experience using Alibaba, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, or similar B2B platforms is an added advantage.
