Venue Manager – Noah Sports Centre

Noah Sports is one of India's leading racquet sports companies with over 25 years of excellence. Our business spans retail, e-commerce, coaching, and sports infrastructure. We are launching our new Noah Sports Centre in Horamavu, Bangalore—a multi-sport facility featuring Tennis, Padel, Pickleball, and Football.

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Venue Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help build a thriving sports community from the ground up.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the sports facility.
• Handle court bookings, memberships, and customer enquiries.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience for all players and visitors.
• Organise tournaments, leagues, coaching programs, and community events.
• Build relationships with players, academies, coaches, schools, and corporate groups.
• Drive venue utilisation and membership growth through local outreach and partnerships.
• Supervise venue staff and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep.
• Coordinate with management on marketing initiatives and business development activities.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, sports management, events, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sports and community building.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
