Job Description

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage end-to-end facilities-housekeeping operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring high service quality, client satisfaction, team management, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management Oversee daily housekeeping and facility management operations across assigned sites Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and client expectations Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)

2. Team Leadership Manage, train, and supervisors and housekeeping staff, Plan manpower deployment, scheduling, and attendance monitoring Drive team productivity and performance improvements

3. Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tech staff. Build strong client, vendor relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels Address client complaints and implement corrective actions

4. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance standards Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement practices Monitor use of chemicals, equipment, and cleaning standards

5. Inventory & Cost Control Manage Vehicles, inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality Track usage and prevent wastage or pilferage 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Maintain records of attendance, inventory, audits, and incidents Use software/tools for tracking operations 


Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; hospitality preferred) 5–10 years of experience in facilities management or housekeeping operations Experience managing multiple sites and large teams preferred.
