Job Title - Fashion Graphic Designer (Streetwear & Lifestyle)
Job Location - Yelahanka, Bangalore
Salary - 5 LPA - 7 LPA
Job Type - Full Time (In Office)
Mission:
Create unique, culture-driven fashion designs that inspire self-expression and help build globally recognizable lifestyle brands.
Primary Responsibilities -
- Fashion Graphics - Design original T-shirt graphics, oversized prints, hoodies, polos, sweatshirts, and accessories.
- Build collections around themes rather than isolated designs.
- Develop typography-based graphics, illustrations, symbolic graphics, and artistic compositions.
- Design placement prints, back graphics, sleeve graphics, embroidery concepts, patches, labels, and trims.
- Collection Development - Develop seasonal collections.
- Create mood boards.
- Conduct trend and cultural research.
- Develop color palettes.
- Define collection narratives.
- Ensure design consistency across the entire collection.
Brand Storytelling
The designer should be able to translate abstract ideas like:
- Ambition
- Fear
- Identity
- Self-expression
- Curiosity
- Rebellion
- Confidence
- Creativity
into wearable designs.
Trend Research - Should constantly research:
- Streetwear
- Luxury fashion
- Art
- Architecture
- Music
- Design
- Internet culture
- Gen Z behavior
- Emerging global trends
Production Ready Artwork
Should know:
- Screen printing
- Puff print
- DTF
- DTG
- Embroidery
- Appliqué
- High-density printing
- Foil
- Reflective printing
- Garment wash effects
Designs must actually be manufacturable.
