Job Title: Production & Merchandising Manager – Mahitha Prasad

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with strong execution mindset welcome)

Role Summary

You will be responsible for material sourcing, tech pack creation, costing, and production planning through to final delivery for all couture and pret orders. This is a high-ownership, detail-heavy role that connects design, sourcing, and shop-floor execution — covering everything from the first material order to the finished garment.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Sourcing

• Source fabrics, trims, and materials within timelines (5-day cycle)
• Create and manage Tech Packs for every order (design details, measurements, embroidery, trims, construction notes)
• Prepare and dispatch complete production boxes (zero missing items)
• Track costing and identify cost-effective vendors
• Manage inventory and prevent material shortages
• Create purchase orders and handle vendor coordination
• Track logistics and ensure timely material movement
• Maintain daily updates in merchandising and costing tools

Production

• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Ensure all orders are completed and delivered on time
• Maintain strict quality control across embroidery, stitching, and finishing
• Manage production team (tailors, embroidery, finishing)
• Track progress, solve delays, and maintain workflow efficiency
• Ensure accurate daily reporting and updates to management
