Field Associate

Location: Karnataka (Initial 3-month training in Bangalore. Post-training deployment may be in Bangalore or Mysore, depending on operational requirements.)

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

● Understanding the field research activities.

● Planning field research as per the outcome required/Objectives identified.

● Interacting with relevant people during field research to derive responses.

● Assist in formulating and reviewing research reports pertaining to team activities.

● Compile, analyse data points and create detailed reports of findings

● Simplify findings into presentations

● Implement tests of processes, policies, and protocols

● Recommend changes and improvements based on research findings

● Write reports, white papers, and other published documents

● Help and assist Senior Analysts in data analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience

● Fieldwork research experience in any sector either rural or urban or both

● Should be comfortable to speak with strangers

● Should be comfortable in new situation and places

● Strong documentation skills

● Must be good in regional language Hindi and Marathi (Preferred)
