Job SummaryThe Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, resolving payment-related issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at assigned locations to collect overdue payments.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, and payment status.
• Submit daily collection reports and update the collection management system.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the internal collections team to resolve customer queries and disputes.
• Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize delinquency.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
• Required QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• 6–2 years of experience in field collections, sales, or customer service (freshers may be considered).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and MS Office.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
