Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Field Collections Executive to manage overdue customer accounts by conducting field visits, negotiating repayments, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their residences or business locations for collection of overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending invoices and outstanding dues.
• Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely settlements.
• Verify customer details and update contact information during field visits.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Deposit collected payments as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with the Collections Manager and Finance team regarding recovery status.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (PUC/Diploma may also be considered based on experience).
• 1–4 years of experience in field collections, debt recovery, or related roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good verbal communication in English and Kannada (additional regional languages are an advantage).
• Customer handling and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
• Honest, disciplined, and self-motivated.

Preferred Requirements

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, FinTech, Telecom, FMCG, or B2B collections is an added advantage.
