Job Description
THE ROLE
We are hiring a Field Executive to coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of smart locker systems at client sites across Bangalore. You will work directly in the field, ensuring smooth execution of deployments and upkeep of existing units.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate and supervise smart locker installation at client sites across Bangalore.
- Carry out routine maintenance and timely servicing of deployed locker units.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate or resolve them quickly.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the internal operations team for smooth field execution.
- Document installation and service activities; submit daily field reports.
- Manage tools, spares, and equipment required for field assignments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma or any graduate degree (any stream).
- Male candidate. Freshers and experienced both welcome.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication in Kannada and/or Hindi/English.
- Organised, punctual, and able to manage field schedules independently.
WORK DETAILS
Base Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Field Area: Bangalore city
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Annual Leave: 12 days
Fuel: Reimbursed for field travel on personal two-wheeler
