Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Field Executives to support sampling activities and provide operational relief across client locations within their assigned zone. The selected candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating Chai Point's BoxC machine at various locations, conducting product sampling activities, engaging with customers, and providing manpower support at client locations whenever required.

Sampling Activities

• Travel to assigned locations within the designated zone as per their locations & deployment schedule.
• Install, set up, and operate the Chai Point BoxC machine at sampling locations.
• Conduct product sampling activities and interact with customers professionally.
• Educate customers about Chai Point products and encourage product trials.
• Ensure the sampling station is clean, organized, and maintained at all times.
• Capture and report customer feedback and sampling data.

Relief Support

• Act as a reliever across client locations within the assigned zone during staff shortages, weekly offs, planned leaves, or emergencies.
• Support store operations and ensure smooth customer service.
• Coordinate with Area Managers / Lead Partners regarding deployment plans and operational requirements.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of the BoxC machine and related equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Submit daily activity reports and updates to the reporting manager.
• Represent the Chai Point brand professionally at all customer touchpoints.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
• Ability to work flexible shifts based on business requirements.
