Job Title: Business Development Associate – Field Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 1–3 Years (Field Sales Experience Required)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate – Field Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales or business development, particularly in IT or Telecom products and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients in the field, building long-term relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should be self-motivated, passionate about sales, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Identify and approach potential clients to promote IT and Telecom solutions. • Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Sales & Business Development
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Generate leads through networking, market research, and cold calling. • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. • Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team. • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Telecom domain). • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. • Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior. • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
