• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Generate quality leads and support business development initiatives.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company growth targets.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
