Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles.
  • Conduct campus hiring drives at colleges, ITIs, and diploma institutes.
  • Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and Indeed.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
  • Organize walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database.
  • Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in campus hiring and manufacturing hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Kannada Must
