Yulu Bikes Pvt Ltd is a leading micro-mobility company focused on sustainable urban mobility solutions. We are expanding our on-ground operations in Mumbai and looking for an experienced Field Recruiter to manage bulk hiring through field sourcing.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Recruiter with strong experience in field sourcing and bulk hiring. No job portals will be provided. The recruiter must independently generate candidates through on-ground activities and local networks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field sourcing through local area visits, references, vendors, and job drives.
• Visit workshops, garages, ITIs, local markets, and partner locations for hiring.
• Organize and manage walk-in interviews and hiring drives.
• Screen candidates and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Ensure proper briefing about job role, salary, shift timing, and expectations.
• Maintain daily data of footfall, selection, and joining.
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1–3 years of prior experience in field hiring / bulk hiring (mandatory).
• Experience in blue-collar / frontline hiring preferred.
• Strong local area knowledge of Bangalore.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-driven.
