Position: Field Recruiter
Location: Bangalore

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Field Recruiter to support our Q-commerce operations by hiring full-time delivery riders across Bangalore. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong local knowledge and the ability to meet daily hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring of delivery riders across Bangalore
- Ensure daily closures to meet rider requirements and reduce gaps
- Coordinate and support rider onboarding, documentation, and training
- Track rider attendance and maintain a stable and active rider base
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
- Work closely with operations teams to understand hiring needs
Requirements
- Prior experience in field recruitment (preferably for blue-collar roles)
- Good understanding of Bangalore locations and local hiring channels
- Ability to travel extensively within the city
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
