✨ Coordinate architectural designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp & Lumion
✨ Conduct site visits & align design feasibility with fabrication
✨ Generate leads & build strong client relationships
✨ Present design + fabrication solutions to clients
✨ Prepare proposals, quotations & close deals
✨ Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
✔ Bachelor’s in Architecture / Civil / Interior Design
✔ 1–4 years experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Knowledge of fabrication/materials is a plus
