This is a Field Sales Executive job role, but a personal bike is not required from the candidate. The company will provide a bike and petrol allowance. Candidates who do not have their own bike can also apply

Role Overview

The Pop-Up Store Sales Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the brand’s pop-up retail stalls. This includes stall setup, product display, customer engagement, driving sales, and maintaining accurate inventory and payment records.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and organize the pop-up store stall at the assigned location.

Arrange and maintain an attractive product display to attract customers.

Engage with walk-in customers and assist them in selecting products.

Clearly explain product features, pricing, and offers.

Drive daily sales through active customer interaction.

Handle billing, cash collection, and digital payments.

Manage and maintain accurate inventory at the stall.

Perform daily stock counting and report inventory status.

Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the stall.

Share daily sales and stock reports with the management team.

Requirements

Good communication skills .

Confidence in speaking with customers and promoting products.

Ability to manage sales, cash handling, and inventory responsibly.

Willingness to work at outdoor pop-up store locations.

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
