Field Sales Executive – Job RequirementsWe are looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote our products, meet customers, generate leads, and support business growth. The candidate should be comfortable travelling locally, meeting new people, and explaining product features clearly.

  • Key RequirementsShould be able to communicate well in English, Hindi,
  • and Kannada.
  • Must have an outgoing personality and interest in meeting people, networking, and building relationships.
  • Should be a quick learner with the ability to understand product features, benefits, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Must be willing to travel regularly for customer visits, dealer visits, site visits, and sales follow-ups.
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be confident in speaking to new customers and explaining products clearly.
  • Should be able to generate new leads through field visits, references, local market visits, phone calls.
  • Should follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into orders.
  • Should coordinate with the office, sales team, production team, and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Must understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
  • Should be able to handle basic negotiation and pricing discussions.
  • Must be disciplined, punctual, target-oriented, and responsible.
  • Should have basic computer knowledge, including WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM or lead-tracking tools.
  • Previous experience in field sales, customer handling, dealer sales, or B2B/B2C sales will be an advantage.
  • Two-wheeler or willingness to travel independently is preferred.
  • Should have a positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will represent our company in front of Home theatre/Home automation companies. You will have to build a good rapport with them, understand their projects and future projects
  • You will work with a tele-calling executive who will always work from the office.
  • You will work with the directors of the company to execute orders placed by customers, and to discuss sales strategies, customers demands, etc.
  • You will network with other vendors of the same industry who don’t compete with them (like executives from audio speaker companies, acoustic wall panelling companies etc.)
  • Visit potential customers, dealers, builders, offices, shops, and other business contacts.
  • Introduce company products and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Generate new leads by talking to people and maintain regular follow-up.
  • Collect customer requirements and share them with the office team.
  • Prepare and share quotations with support from the sales office.
  • Coordinate for order confirmation, payment follow-up, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market updates to management.

Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be confident, active, polite, and good at building relationships. He should enjoy meeting people, learning about products, and working towards sales targets. A person with strong local market knowledge and good communication skills will be preferred.

It is mostly a B2B business and we work with Audio/video dealers and automation companies. Most of our customers are either home automation companies/ home theatre companies. Our manufacturing facility is located in Chokkasandra, off sarjapur road and most of our products are manufactured in our factory. We have our own designs and continuously explore new designs, materials, and technologies to stay at the forefront of the industry.
