Job Description
To manage Modern Trade and General Trade primary and secondary sales in the assigned region.
Travel across the region as per travel plan
To work along with our existing distributors and MT partners
Visit toy stores in the region on a predecided frequency and ensure that our complete range is available with shops and stores
To oversee and iron out any issues in the supply chain for toy shops.
Identify new market opportunities and discuss strategies to target growth
To ensure that our stocks are displayed appropriately and develop a relationship so that the shop salesperson is promoting our products.
Similarly for MT, work on merchandising, relationships with the sales team, and key persons in every outlet.
Sell the products to individual customers on weekends by being at such MT stores.
6 days work week. Weekly off will be Sunday.
