📝 Job Overview:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for loan sales and financial product marketing. The role involves lead generation, customer meetings, field marketing, follow-ups, and converting prospects into successful loan customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field marketing activities

• Follow up on company-provided leads and customer data

• Meet prospective customers and explain loan products

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Conduct field visits and customer meetings

• Build strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales and business targets

• Maintain sales reports and customer records

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales

• Experience in Loan Sales, BFSI, Financial Services, or Direct Sales preferred

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Target-oriented approach
