Job Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage retail outlets in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth in assigned areas
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th Pass
- Fluent in Kannada
- Android smartphone mandatory
- Two-wheeler required
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer relationship management
- Target-oriented mindset
- Field sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
