About Us:
We're a Bangalore-based performance marketing agency built specifically for wedding venues. We run targeted ads on social media and search to bring couples directly to our partner venues — translating ad spend into real walk-ins, site visits, and bookings. We already work with multiple venues across the city who are seeing meaningful growth in their wedding business through us, and we're now expanding our partner network.
The Role:
We're hiring a Field Sales Executive to be our boots-on-the-ground in Bangalore. Three days a week, you'll travel across the city visiting wedding venues — banquet halls, hotels, resorts, lawns, convention centres, and farmhouses — pitching our performance marketing services in Kannada to venue owners and managers.
The pitch is simple: most venues rely on walk-ins, repeat clients, and word-of-mouth. We get them a steady, predictable flow of new wedding leads through paid ads — leads they wouldn't otherwise see. Your job is to make that value clear, identify venues that are genuinely interested, and schedule weekend meetings with the Founder, who will step in to close.
You're the person who opens doors. The Founder walks through them.

What You'll Do:
- Travel across Bangalore three days a week, visiting wedding venues in your target list.
- Pitch our performance marketing services in fluent Kannada — explaining how paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, and Google can bring them more wedding enquiries every month.
- Identify the right decision-maker at each venue — owner, GM, banquet manager, or sales head — and build rapport.
- Qualify interest: understand the venue's current marketing efforts (if any), how they get bookings today, what their capacity is, and whether they're a real fit for paid acquisition.
- Schedule weekend meetings with the Founder for serious, qualified prospects.
- Brief the Founder before each weekend meeting — who you met, what they care about, current bookings situation, and what objections to expect.
- Follow up with venues that need more nurturing before they're ready to meet.
- Maintain a clean tracker of visits, conversations, and meeting outcomes.
- Share market feedback — what venues are asking, what objections come up, what competitors are pitching.
- Who You Are1–3 years of field sales, business development, or client-facing experience. Hospitality, hotel sales, events, real estate, or digital marketing sales experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent in Kannada — non-negotiable. Conversational English and Hindi are a bonus.
- Comfortable being on the road across Bangalore for 3 full days a week.
- A natural conversationalist — warm, well-spoken, and people open up to you quickly.
- Able to explain digital marketing simply. You don't need to be a marketer, but you should be comfortable saying "we run ads on Instagram and Google so couples searching for venues find you first" without fumbling.
- Presentable and polished. You'll be representing the brand to hotel GMs and venue owners, so first impressions matter.
- Self-driven and comfortable with a commission-only structure. Your earnings are directly tied to the venues that sign on.
- Honest about pipeline quality. We'd rather you book 3 great meetings than 10 weak ones that waste the Founder's weekend.
- Owns a two-wheeler and a smartphone, with a valid driving licence.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Nice to Have:
- Existing relationships with wedding venues, banquet managers, or hotel sales teams in Bangalore.
- Familiarity with the Bangalore wedding market — which areas, which venues, which price segments.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media advertising.
