We are seeking a structured and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage customer acquisition and account growth for enterprise IT Infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive incremental revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account management.
Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Manage enterprise customer accounts and protect existing revenue streams.
Execute cross-selling and up-selling of IT infrastructure products and services.
Coordinate with OEMs, pre-sales, delivery, finance, and collections teams.
Prepare accurate forecasts covering revenue, order booking, billing, and collections.
Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLA/MSA commitments.
Maintain detailed account documentation and CRM updates.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes.
Ideal Profile:
2–3 years of experience in enterprise IT Infrastructure sales.
Experience in logo acquisition and structured account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a process-driven environment.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA / IT background preferred).
