Role: Field Sales Executive — Corporate Gifting
Location: Bangalore (Field-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive corporate gifting sales across Bangalore.
This role is part of a collaborative business model between Total Gift Solutions, where the focus is to expand corporate client acquisition and generate new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for meeting companies, building relationships, showcasing products, and generating inquiries that convert into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 4–6 companies daily across Bangalore corporate areas
- Identify and connect with HR, Admin, and Procurement teams
- Present corporate gifting solutions, merchandise, and product samples
- Generate new inquiries, meetings, and client leads
- Carry catalogs and product samples for demonstrations
- Collect client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
- Maintain a daily activity and visit report
- Build long-term corporate relationships, not just one-time sales
- Support high-demand seasons like Diwali, New Year, and corporate events
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of field sales experience (B2B / Corporate / FMCG / Pharma / Gifting)
- Strong communication in English & Kannada (Hindi preferred)
- Confident in cold visits and meeting decision-makers
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field
- Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, Maps, documentation)
- Presentable and professional personality
- Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided)
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
- Incentives: Performance-based (high earning potential)
