Job Title: Field Relationship Manager (FRM)

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduation or HSC qualification.

* 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

* Languages Required: **English, Hindi or English & kanada**.

* **Bike, valid Driving License, and all bike documents are mandatory.**

Key Responsibilities

* Travel within a **10–15 km radius** to meet customers.

* Visit **6–7 customer locations** daily.

* Conduct property inspections and provide service consultation.

* Interact with customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, email, chat, and WhatsApp.

* Coordinate with property owners and schedule appointments.

* Handle meetings assigned by the Relationship Manager.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

* Represent the company professionally and enhance the brand image during customer interactions.0
