About UrbanFitt
UrbanFitt Services Private Limited is building managed fitness solutions for apartment communities by helping societies create and operate better fitness experiences for residents.
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive – Apartment Partnerships to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, on-ground role where you will engage directly with apartment communities, identify partnership opportunities, and work closely with the founders to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit 15–20 apartment societies daily in assigned territories (Whitefield / East Bengaluru initially)
- Interact with security staff, facility managers, residents, and apartment representatives to gather relevant information
- Identify and document:
- Gym availability and existing setup
- Current trainer / gym management / AMC arrangements
- Key decision-makers (RWA / association committee members)
- Collect contact information of relevant stakeholders
- Introduce and briefly pitch UrbanFitt’s fitness services
- Schedule meetings between apartment decision-makers and the founding team
- Maintain daily visit reports, follow-ups, and activity updates
- Support coordination of:
- Site visits
- Demo sessions
- Follow-up meetings
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- A Fresher or has 0–3 years of experience in sales or field operations (dynamic and passionate freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Experienced in field sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- From industries such as real estate, telecom, insurance, gym/fitness, or B2C sales (a plus)
- Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Confident speaking to new people and building rapport
- Comfortable with outdoor work, travel, and handling rejection positively
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
