About the Role

Awign is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Field Sales & Onboarding Executives to acquire and onboard commercial establishments for an ongoing data collection project.

The role involves meeting business owners, explaining the project, completing onboarding, and ensuring smooth activation of commercial establishments such as restaurants, kirana stores, workshops, MSMEs, repair shops, warehouses, factories, and other business setups.

Key Responsibilities

 Visit commercial establishments in assigned areas.

 Meet business owners and decision-makers.

 Explain the project and onboard eligible businesses.

 Complete onboarding through the Awign App.

 Collect required business information and documents.

 Coordinate with internal teams for activation and support.

 Conduct follow-ups with onboarded businesses.

Eligibility

 Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

 Graduate preferred but not mandatory.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Comfortable with field work and local travel.

 Knowledge of local markets and commercial areas is an advantage.
