Relationship Manager /Investor Manager/Area Manager - Square Yards

Location: Bangalore

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

2. Provide personalized service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Handle price negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve win-win outcomes.

4. Ensure smooth handover of properties and assist clients during the post-sale process.

5. Maintain after-sales relationships for referrals and repeat business.

Quarterly Salary Hikes:

• 4x performance in a quarter → 10% hike

• 4–5x performance → 15% hike

• 5–6x performance → 20% hike

• Beyond 6x → 25% hike

Incentives:

• Up to 4x → 5%

• Beyond 4x → 40%
