Job Description
This is a Google’s Paid Advertisement Project (Goldie Process) where Business Development Managers will visit a set of assigned leads and onboard them onto Google Ads. Each merchant will begin with a starting budget of ₹5,000. The purpose is to help businesses enhance their visibility on Google Maps and generate new prospects and customers through paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned leads (SMEs and merchants) and onboard them onto Google Ads.
Educate clients about the benefits of Google advertising and digital visibility.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding including documentation, accountsetup, and ad activation.
Maintain strong relationships with merchantsto ensure retention and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets as defined by the process.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign setup and issue resolution.
