Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – B2C GPS Solutions (MBA Fresher)Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell GPS tracking devices and related solutions in the B2C market. This role is ideal for MBA freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience who enjoy meeting customers, traveling extensively, and building strong client relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
  • Promote and sell GPS tracking devices to individual customers and small businesses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of GPS tracking solutions.
  • Visit logistics companies, fleet operators, automobile dealers, transport hubs, and other potential customer locations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Create and expand sales opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Follow up with prospects, close sales, and coordinate installations with the operations team.
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily sales activities.
  • RequirementsMBA (Marketing/Sales) or any graduate with a strong interest in field sales.
  • Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
  • Strong passion for sales, customer acquisition, and achieving targets.
  • Basic understanding of GPS tracking products, IoT devices, or automotive technology is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred SkillsEnergetic and proactive attitude.
  • Strong convincing and presentation skills.
  • Self-disciplined with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
