Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibili􀆟es:

 Iden􀆟fy and approach poten􀆟al customers through field visits, cold calls, and local

networking.

 Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to prospec􀆟ve clients (individuals,

businesses, and fleet operators).

 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

 Maintain rela􀆟onships with exis􀆟ng clients and ensure post-sale support and customer

sa􀆟sfac􀆟on.

 Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and compe􀆟tor ac􀆟vity updates.

 Generate and maintain a daily/weekly report of field visits, leads, and closures.

 Collaborate with the marke􀆟ng and opera􀆟ons team to plan promo􀆟onal ac􀆟vi􀆟es and

events.

 Represent the company in exhibi􀆟ons, roadshows, and other local outreach programs.

Qualifica􀆟ons and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administra􀆟on, Marke􀆟ng, or related field.

 Minimum 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle

sector.

 Strong interpersonal and communica􀆟on skills.

Self-mo􀆟vated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.

 Familiarity with CRM so􀅌ware and repor􀆟ng tools is an advantage.

 Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

 Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
