Field Sales Executive

*Salary & Benefits:*

₹20,000 - 25,000 per month (in-hand)

₹2,000+ variable pay (performance-based)

₹5,000 per Month Travel Allowance (TA)

*Job Role & Responsibilities:*

*Handle FMCG product distribution and delivery in assigned areas

*Manage merchandising and market movement (MM) activities for LYNK

*Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability at retail outlets

*Coordinate with retailers and clients to ensure smooth daily operations

*Follow planned delivery routes and ensure timely completion of deliveries

*Maintain stock movement, outlet coverage, and basic reporting

*Adhere strictly to company SOPs, reporting structure, and compliance guidelines

*Eligibility Criteria:*

*Valid Driving License (DL) & Two wheeler is mandatory

*Smart fresher or candidate with basic FMCG experience

*Basic understanding of FMCG products and market handling

*Good communication and interpersonal skills

*Physically fit and comfortable with fieldwork

*Preferred Candidate Profile:*

*Prior experience in FMCG, field sales, merchandising, or delivery roles is an added advantage

*Good knowledge of the local market and retail network

*Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-oriented

*Work Nature:*

*Field-based role

*6 days working

*9.30am-6.30pm
