Generate leads through cold calling, references, market visits and business networking.

Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations.

Understand customer security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.

Negotiate with customers and close sales.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure proper conversion.

Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling.

Coordinate with the technical/installation team for new customer installations.

Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports.

Guide and support Field Sales Executives when required.

Track competitor activities and market opportunities.

Ensure timely collection/follow-up of customer payments when required.
