Job Description
We are not looking for someone to cold-call new leads.
Your primary goal is to visit our existing network of clients, maximize their monthly order volume, and actively pitch new items from our massive portfolio of 2000+ products.
Brite Electronics has over 25 years of market presence as a premier importer and dealer of computer, laptop, and camera accessories. We need a strong relationship-builder to ensure our current dealers are buying more from us and expanding the variety of our products on their shelves.
Key Responsibilities
- Existing Client Touring (15 Days/Month): Travel across South India to conduct face-to-face relationship meetings exclusively with our current distributors, retailers, and dealers.
- Order Maximization (Upselling): Review the client's current stock and aggressively push to increase their standard order quantities.
- Pitching New Products (Cross-selling): Introduce existing clients to new product lines they aren't currently buying from us—including networking cables, converters, gaming power adaptors, and hard disk casings.
- Relationship & Retention: Maintain constant, proactive contact with customers so they never switch to competitors. Be their dedicated problem-solver and product expert.
- Office Follow-Ups: Utilize the remaining days at the home office to ensure the orders taken on tour are processed, follow up on pending client decisions, and plan the route for the next month's tour.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B field sales, specifically managing existing dealer/distributor networks in the IT hardware or electronics sector.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and pitch a diverse portfolio of 3000+ technical accessories.
- Logistics: Ready and willing to travel 15 days a month. Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
