Job Description

Set up new equipment and systems at customer locations.

Calibrate and test equipment before deployment to ensure proper functionality.

Provide on‑site training to clients on equipment usage.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep systems operational.

Conduct regular inspections to detect potential issues early.

Diagnose and repair faults in equipment and systems.

Implement solutions to minimize downtime and restore functionality.

Document all repairs and service activities in detailed reports.

Work closely with engineers and managers to improve service delivery.
