Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fitness equipment at client locations. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems related to gym and fitness equipment.

The role requires field travel, customer interaction, and timely service support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth equipment operation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and commissioning of gym and fitness equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in fitness machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing of equipment.
• Handle breakdown calls and provide timely onsite support.
• Inspect equipment performance and ensure proper functioning after service.
• Maintain service reports and update work status regularly.
• Coordinate with the service team and management for spare parts and technical support.
• Educate customers on basic equipment usage and maintenance practices.
• Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are followed during service activities.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
• RequirementsITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, tools, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in fitness equipment servicing is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite service work.
• Basic communication skills in English and local language.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, and strength equipment.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings/manuals.
• Customer handling and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
