Job Description
- Field Service Engineer – Commercial Laundry Equipment
- Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, boilers, and ironing systems at client/partner locations.
- Attend service requests and breakdown calls within assigned timelines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and operational faults in machines.
- Replace defective components and perform corrective repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Test equipment after servicing and ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts usage details.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Provide basic operational guidance to clients when required.
