Job Description – Experienced Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and supervise industrial and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in site execution, project coordination, quality control, and project planning, ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site execution for industrial, commercial, and PEB construction projects.

* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, clients, and contractors.

* Review and execute work as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

* Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion.

* Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimations, material reconciliations, and billing.

* Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.

* Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material planning and delivery.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

* Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

* 5–10 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or PEB construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of RCC works, structural steel, PEB erection, finishing works, and construction methodologies.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project planning tools.

* Good understanding of BOQ preparation, billing, estimation, and quantity surveying.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in warehouse, factory, mezzanine floor, and industrial building construction.

* Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and site safety practices.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Willingness to travel to project locations across Karnataka and other states as required.
