Job Description

  • 🏗️ Civil Works (Telecom Sites)Site survey and feasibility study for tower installation
  • Execution of tower foundation, equipment room, and shelter works
  • Ensure proper earthing, fencing, and site development
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for civil activities
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards
  • ⚡ Electrical WorksInstallation and maintenance of electrical systems (AC/DC power)
  • DG (Diesel Generator), battery bank, and UPS installation
  • Cable laying, panel board installation, and load management
  • Ensure proper grounding and lightning protection
  • Troubleshooting power-related issues at telecom sites
  • 📊 Project & Site ManagementMonitor project progress and timelines
  • Prepare reports (daily/weekly progress, site status)
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams
  • Ensure safety norms and regulatory compliance
