Job Description
- Discussion Summary1. Hiring RequirementTotal open positions discussed: 1510 Field Technician positions
- 5 Warehouse positions
- Immediate sourcing support required from CIEL HR Services.
- 2. Role DetailsRequirement is mainly for:
- Coffee vending machine installation
- Breakdown maintenance
- Preventive maintenance
- Repair and servicing
- Technicians will also support emergency service breakdowns and machine replacements when required.
- 3. Candidate ProfilePreferred qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
- Electrical degree candidates can also be considered
- Freshers are preferred initially.
- Candidates with 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in the same field may also be considered.
- Bike is mandatory for field technician roles.
- 4. Salary & BenefitsTake-home salary discussed:
- ₹18,500 per month for freshers
- Fuel allowance:
- ₹350 per day for field movement/local travel
- Insurance coverage from CIEL:
- ₹1 lakh GPA insurance
- ₹2 lakh GMC insurance (self coverage)
- 5. Working HoursOffice timing:
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Field technicians may need to work beyond standard hours depending on machine breakdown/service requirements.
- Overtime payment applicability was discussed for extended working hours.
- 6. Job LocationsMajor requirement around:
- Electronic City
- Bangalore surrounding areas
- Candidates residing near the service locations will be prioritized.
