Job Description
Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Reconcile sales, purchases, and Trial Balance (TB) with books of accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
GST & Indirect Tax Compliance
• Prepare and review GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, ITC-04, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
• Perform GST reconciliations between books and returns.
• Follow up with vendors for pending GST invoice uploads and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Support GST audits and departmental assessments.
Direct Tax Compliance
• Prepare and file e-TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, and 27EQ).
• Reconcile TDS deductions and ensure statutory compliance.
Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
