Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in finance and accounting. The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations, accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Maintain financial files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors as required.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
