Finance Manager

main mission will be driving the financial health of our business. This means you will take full ownership of the monthly Profit & Loss statements, payroll,  dive deep into the numbers to spot profitability trends, and highlight areas where we can plug financial leakages working very closely with Head of Finance. 

On the operational side, you will keep the daily engine running smoothly. You will oversee the reconciliation of daily cash, card, and aggregator sales from Swiggy and Zomato, ensuring every single guest bill matches up perfectly. You will also work closely with our Chefs to audit recipe costs, track kitchen wastage, and manage monthly physical inventory counts. Alongside this, you will keep our suppliers happy by managing accounts payable efficiently and maintaining top-notch vendor relationships.

Finally, you will keep us safe, compliant, and legally sound. This involves navigating the unique world of restaurant GST, and managing monthly TDS filings. You will coordinate with our operations team to keep our local restaurant licenses—like FSSAI and BBMP health trade permits—fully up to date, while acting as the main anchor whenever statutory or tax auditors come knocking.
