Role Overview

As an Elite Fitness Coach, you are the face and energy of the gym floor.

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, driving training outcomes, building engagement, and creating an environment that members look forward to returning to.

This is a hands-on coaching role for someone who thrives in ownership, leadership, and community building.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMember Experience & CoachingActively engage members on the gym floor throughout your shift (8–9 hours/day, 6 days/week)
• Conduct 1–2 high-energy group classes daily
• Deliver Personal Training (PT) sessions focused on transformation and long-term retention
• Ensure members receive guidance, corrections, motivation, and support consistently
• Maintain training quality and premium service standards
• Operations & OwnershipTake complete ownership of trainer operations during your shift
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and positive energy across the gym floor
• Coordinate closely with the Head of Trainers
• Track member progress and contribute to retention initiatives
• Community BuildingPlan and execute:
• Fitness challenges
• Group activities
• Community events
• Engagement initiatives
• Build a loyal and active fitness culture within the community

Compensation & Growth

• Probation Period: First 6 months
• Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
• Expected Earnings: ₹50,000+ per month even during probation (performance-driven)
