Job Title: Fleet Manager – Test Vehicle Fleet

Location: Adugodi, Bengaluru

Experience: 5+ Years

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the test vehicle fleet.
• Ensure optimal vehicle availability and utilization for testing programs.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Track vehicle health, service schedules, repairs, and breakdowns.
• Monitor fleet performance and maintain accurate vehicle records.
• Manage vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, testing, and operations teams for vehicle allocation and scheduling.
• Monitor fuel consumption, operating costs, and fleet-related expenses.
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and transport agencies.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare fleet utilization reports, maintenance reports, and MIS dashboards.
• Lead and supervise drivers, technicians, and fleet support staff.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably handling test vehicles, prototype vehicles, or automotive fleets.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, testing facilities, or mobility organizations will be preferred.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience managing test vehicles for automotive validation and development activities.
• Understanding of vehicle testing requirements and fleet readiness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
