Job Description

  • Onboarding: Verify documents, conduct induction, activate riders.
  • Grievance
  • Handling: Address rider complaints, track cases, escalate issues.
  • Asset
  • Management: Issue and track delivery gear, manage inventory, handle replacements.
  • Insurance
  • & Compliance: Assist riders with insurance enrolment/claims, ensure compliance with policies.
  • Communications: Share updates, policies, and engagement initiatives.

Data & Reporting: Use Excel/dashboards to track metrics and prepare reports
