Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Food Truck Operator who can drive the truck, operate the food truck service, handle customers, manage daily setup and closing, keep inventory in order, and support overall food truck operations. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, hardworking, and able to work independently. Prior food truck, catering, or restaurant experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Drive the food truck safely.
• Open and close the truck daily.
• Serve customers and manage orders.
• Handle basic cash/POS transactions.
• Manage stock, supplies, and restocking.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Support food preparation and service.
• Report issues and coordinate with owner.
Requirements
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to drive and operate a food truck.
• Comfortable with long shifts and weekend work.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Responsible, punctual, and honest.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
